KATRINA AMURAO - REALTOR / TEAM LEADER

 

I graduated from Kwantlen University College with a diploma in Business Administration and another diploma in General Studies. I have a background in Office Management and also in Life Insurance & Investments.

As a licensed realtor, I am in charge of meeting with clients for listing appointments and negotiating offers. I oversee and implement marketing concepts, as well as manage real estate and business compliance issues.

NEIL BELLOSILLO - REALTOR / BUYER SPECIALIST

 

I graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Computer Systems Technology. I have a background in Manufacturing as a Demand Planner.

As a licensed realtor, I help more specifically on the purchasing end. My responsibilities are mainly to work with Buyers and to show properties. I also assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the business.

VIOLETTA HURKO - REALTOR / BUYER SPECIALIST

 

I bring 3 years of real estate experience and a background as a designer into the team. I am organized, have good attention to detail and hard working. I have great knowledge of properties in Surrey, Cloverdale, North Delta, Langley, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam.

I am very dedicated to my clients and they all loved my "no pressure" attitude and being always available for them. I am also a good negotiator and put my clients' best interest before my own.

VANESSA SULE - CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR 

 

I have a background in Office Administration. I am responsible for customer service, database management, file organization, response to inquiries, preparation of necessary documents, coordination of events and marketing efforts, and other administrative duties.

KIM DOMINGO - CLIENT CARE ASSISTANT


I am responsible for customer service, response to inquiries and website management. I'm also in charge of multimedia, and assist in event coordination, marketing and administrative duties.
