Realtor Mommy
A lot of people are asking how I'm managing being a mom to 2 girls (2 year old and a new born) and be a realtor/team leader at the same time.
First, I am a mom and a wife. Our kids is the reason why we work so hard.
Second, I am a realtor. I can be back to work so quickly (in fact, most of my active clients didn't even realized that I already gave birth) because I am passionate about my work. They say that if you want something, you can make it happen.
I will not deny that it is a challenge to be a mom and a full-time realtor at the same time. I am able to do both (and I think I do them both well) because I have help on both ends. At home, I have family helping me and I have a husband who helps me on both sides. At work, I have an awesome team working with me. It also helps to be able to manage my time wisely. It also helps to think positively and be happy and grateful instead of complaining and looking at the challenges. I look at the benefits of both and make it work. I look at it as glass half-full.
