I began my Real Estate Career in one of BC’s largest recessions (1981). Consequently, I was required to work extremely hard to build a successful business. I believe this process helped me to develop many valuable tools for providing excellent Customer Service thereby creating a network of referrals from happy customers.
I was born and raised in Surrey/Delta and have spent well over half of my life selling Real Estate in the Fraser Valley. My market knowledge is a wealth of information and a benefit to all my clients. I am a proud recipient of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board 's highest honour,  “The Professional Realtor of the Year Award”, as well as RE/MAX of Western Canada’s “Community Care Award”. I am also recipient of the prestigious “President’s Club Elite” by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (Top 10% of all Realtors for over 30 years).
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include fitness, golf, skiing, travelling, magic, Church and volunteer work local and globally.
