Warren started selling homes in 2008 with his family real estate brokerage Bel-Air realty. He comes from a long family of real estate agents and investors. It’s safe to say, real estate is in his blood. Warren bought and renovated his first home in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant in 2004 with the help of his dad and rented it out. He flipped that into a Mount Pleasant Loft several years later. Since then he has bought double lots, subdivided and sold them as well as having built several single-family dwellings, purchased multi-family dwellings. Warren is a true investor.
